Hey there! Thanks for dropping by—I’m Sam!

I’m passionate about a lot of things: concerts, movies, animals, traveling, good books, having deep (or silly) conversations, and eating my way through every great meal I can find as a reformed picky eater. But above all, I live for music—the kind that spills out of every street corner, streaming service, amphitheater, record player, garage, campfire, warehouse, mixtape, radio studio, CD player, or wax cylinder you can imagine. I especially love bringing live experiences to audiences in fresh, unforgettable ways.

I love everything about pop culture and creative expression. Nothing makes me happier than fanning people’s passions and helping their art reach the world. People who know me would say I’ve got a big heart, a determined attitude, and the attention to detail of an “over-thinker” (but always with the best intentions). I believe independent media is powerful, and I love sharing my thoughts, creativity, and enthusiasm with anyone willing to listen.

Oh, and one more thing—I will absolutely pull over to rescue every stray dog I see. Every. Single. Time.
